the same time a careful look-out is kept on the condition of
the fish.
Bakehouses.—The 50 bakehouses in use in the Borough have
been regularly inspected during the year. Twenty-six notices
were served relating to various defects, 26 being complied
with.
It was not necessary to apply for any summonses against
Bakers whose bakehouses were found not to be in conformity
with the Act, as they readily complied with the requirements
of the notices served.
