The presence of these added preservatives, in the prescribed
quantities in sausages, sausage meat, coffee extract, pickles, sauces,
and (where the proportion of benzoic acid exceeds 600 parts per
million) in grape juice, and wine, must be declared in a printed
label of the prescribed pattern, affixed to the container.
If any dealer sells a preservative for use by traders the product
must bear a label with a printed declaration in the prescribed form.
