Of the total births registered as belonging to the Borough
of Battersea 108 were of illegitimate children or 3.44 per cent.,
as compared with 115 or 3.35 per cent. in 1923, 128 or 3.49 per
cent. in 1922 and 131 or 3.50 per cent. in 1921.
