Milk Special Designations Order, 1923.
One purveyor in the Borough was licensed for
the sale of "certified milk," and "Grade A (T.T.)
Milk" and one for the sale of "Grade A (T.T.) Milk"
only, while supplementary licenses one to sell" certified
milk" in the Borough from premises in Hackney
and another to sell "Grade A (T.T.) Milk" in the
Borough from premises in Poplar were also granted
during the year.
T.T.—Tuberculin Tested.

There were at the end of 1925 twelve licensed
cowhouses in the Borough, as in previous years ; 119
inspections were made during the year.
