Unsound Food.
During the year the Food Inspector issued 3,095 certificates
in respect of food found to be unfit for human consumption and
surrendered by the owners. Much of this food was salvaged and
used for animal feeding; the remainder was destroyed at the
Council's Depot at Frensham Street, S.E.15.
