The majority of the new patients complained of menstrual irregularities
(36 cases). Only one of these had a carcinoma of the cervix
and this was fortunately in an early stage.
Seven patients came for examination on account of sterility and
all of these were given advice or treatment —three subsequently became
pregnant.
The treatment of uterine inflammations and displacements
formed, as in previous years, a major part of the work of this clinic.
