Report on the sanitary condition of the Borough of Bermondsey for the year 1938

Seventy adolescents and adult new patients have been seen in
the year, and among these a number have been re-examined, so
that a total of 100 re-examinations have been made.
FOOT CLINIC.
The total number of patients treated during the year was
14,665. This is an increase of nearly one thousand compared
with last year. As was anticipated it became necessary during
the year to appoint an additional whole-time chiropodist, and
there are now four whole-time and two part-time chiropodists
employed at the two centres.
