The Housing Act: Demolition of Condemned Houses.
The provisions contained in the Housing, etc., Act, 1909, Sec. 18,
with regard to houses which have been condemned as unfit for human
habitation and their demolition ordered by the Local Authority appears
to be in many cases imperfectly understood. Instances occur where
