SCARLET FEVER.
Scarlet Fever only caused 33 deaths, which are equal to a
death-rate of 0.09 per 1000 inhabitants. This rate is not only
below that experienced in England and Wales, but it is also lower
than the rate of the 33 Great Towns, the 67 Other Large Towns,
and of Rural England.
