Typhus Fever.
No cases of typhus fever were notified during the year under
report.
Diphtheria.
There were 225 cases of diphtheria notified in 1915, of which
151 occurred in Bermondsey, 63 in Rotherhithe, and 11 in St.
Olave. This is an increase on 1914, for which the figures were: —
Borough, 214; Bermondsey, 138; Rotherhithe, 67; and St. Olave,
9. From the following table it will be seen that a slight decrease
has taken place throughout London.
