§ The number of persons suffering from two or more venereal diseases should be entered under the heading of each disease in the vertical column.
* The total of Items 1 and 2 should agree with the total of Items 3, 4,5 and 6, so far as Syphilis, Soft Chancre and Gonorrhœa are concerned.
† These persons should not be included in Items 3 (a) or 3 (6).
§§ These figures should include all attendances made by patient?, including those made for irrigation, local applications, &c., under general medical
supervision, during the intervals between the days on which the ordinary out-patient Clinics are held.
