Bakehouses.—At the end of the year there were 174 bakehouses oil the
register including 34 factory bakehouses. 127 of these were underground
bakehouses, of which 52 were unoccupied.
Restaurant Kitchens.—At the end of 191S, 120 restaurant kitchens were on
the register.
