MORTUARIES.
35. There are two Mortuaries in the Borough, one in Sun
Street, and one in Eltham. The one in Eltham is only regarded
as a place for the temporary deposit of a body, the accommodation
being limited to one apartment. At Sun Street there is
separate accommodation for non-infectious and infectious bodies.
There is no Coroner's Court.
The following Table, No. 22, shows the extent these Mortuaries were used during the year.

CEMETERIES.
36. The two Borough Cemeteries were well maintained, and no
complaints were received. The following statistics relating to
interments have been supplied by the various Cemetery Superintendents,
and by the Vicar of Eltham:—
