STATE OF VACCINATION IN ISLINGTON.
Of the 7,785 births registered in 1914, the return shows that only 3,380
infants were successfully vaccinated; while 16 were declared insusceptible to
vaccination; 568 died unvaccinated; 2,124 certificates of exemption were produced
by parents; and 44 cases were postponed under medical authority, thus
leaving 1,653 unaccounted for.
