TUBERCULOSIS.
Pulmonary Phthisis, Tabes Mesenterica, Tubercular Meningitis, Tuberculosis
of the Larynx, General Tuberculosis, and other forms of Tuberculosis,
such as Lupus, Tuberculous Caries, and Pott's Disease.
These diseases were responsible for 631 deaths, a number considerably
in excess of those registered during the past ten years, being 65 above the
average for that period.
The deaths represent 1.99 per 1,000 of the civil population, and 114 per
cent. of the deaths from all causes during the year.
