TUBERCULOUS MEAT.
An account has been kept of the meat seizures during the year on account of
Tuberculosis, and of the diseased meat recorded above, 138 tons 15 cwts. 0 qrs. 25 lbs.,
or 12.4 per cent., was found to be tuberculous.
The percentages during the five years 1907, 1908, 1909, 1910 and 1911, was
56, 54, 50, 18 and 20 respectively.
