At the present time there are 135 Workplaces other than the 861 Kitchens
of Restaurants, &c., registered, some of these are places where food is stored or
prepared, and there are many others needing inspection, such as grocers,
provision merchants, fishmongers, fruiterers, &c., &c. A large number of such
places exist in the City, and it is proposed to deal with many of them during
the coming year.
