within the District; 35 lists, containing 81 names, have been
forwarded to other Districts, thus giving a total of 296 names and
addresses of outworkers within the Borough. Two hundred and
eighty-eight visits of inspection have been made to these premises,
and insanitary conditions, mainly want of cleanliness, have been
revealed in 25 instances; 25 written notices were served with
respect to these matters.
