Outworkers' Registers. Seventy-five lists of Outworkers,
containing 232 names and addresses, have been received during
the year from Medical Officers of Health for other Districts; 25
lists, containing 167 names, have been received from employers
within the District; 23 lists, containing 91 names, have been
forwarded to other Districts, thus giving a total of 308 names and
addresses of outworkers within the Borough. Two hundred and
forty-five visits of inspection have been made to these premises,
and insanitary conditions, mainly want of cleanliness, have been
revealed in 14 instances; 14 written notices were served with
respect to these matters.
