By order of the Committee a list of milkshops
where unsuitable conditions existed was prepared, and
a notice was served upon each to the number of 174
giving warning of action by the Authority. Thirtyeight

in order, but it was found necessary after further
notice to remove the remaining 136 from the Milk

notice. These three were summoned and duly fined
by the Magistrate at Old Street.
