Here we see that with the exception of Hornsey, where the attack-rate
was unusually, indeed, abnormally low, and of Stoke Newington, where the
rate was identical with that of Islington, the ratio of cases per 1,000 of the
inhabitants compared favourably with those of these Boroughs.
The particulars respecting the various Metropolitan Boroughs are set out
in tables CIII. and CIV. (pp. 127-128).

Sub Registration Districts—The highest incidence of the infectious
diseases fell on Islington South East, where the attack-rate was at the rate of
696 per 1,000 of the population, which was followed closely by Upper
Holloway, where it was 6.01 per 1,000.
In the other sub-registration districts the attack-rates were very level,
varying only from 4.99 in Tufnell Ward to 5.30 in Barnsbury.
