† The figures in columns 2, 3 and 4 are the total number of Lists (received from employeis who sent them both in February and August as required by the Act) and of the entries of names of
Outworkers in those Lists. They will, therefore, usually be double the number of such employers and (approximately) double the number ot individual Outworkers whose names are given, since
in the February and August Lists of the same employer the same Outworker's name will often be repeated.
