V. Registration, &c. of Workshops.
The following table contains a summary of the facts with regard
to registration of workshops, etc., during the year, and also of the
inspections made and the complaints received and investigated.
The details with regard to premises entered in the Register of
Workshops and Workplaces, refer to the name and address of the
occupier, the trade or manufacture carried on, the position and
cubic capacity of the workrooms, the number of gas burners, the
number of occupants permissible, the means of ventilation and
sanitary arrangements. This information is collected by the special
Workshops Inspector, who also re-inspects and investigates complaints
received regarding workshops, etc. :—
