Four fowls were also seized in an almost putrid

who had been warned and cautioned officially only a
fortnight prior to this offence.
The learned Magistrate, after hearing her own
story, said he regarded her as simply a public danger
and that on her own showing this was a shocking
case and he sentenced her to five weeks in the second
division.

Ist May, at Brick Lane. Defendant said he
thought the decomposing meat would be rendered
lit for consumption if well washed in water.
