Fried Fish Sampled.
Owing to certain complaints, your Committee in December
ordered portions of fried fish to be purchased and submitted to
examination by the Clinical Research Association. This was done,
the Association reporting in all cases that the fish was apparently in
good condition when fried, nothing suspicious being discovered in
connection with any of the portions examined. In two cases, however,
the operation of cooking had been only partially performed, the interior
parts of the pieces of fish being quite raw.
