"We may add that, as usual, we kept the public lavatories provided for women under supervision
: they are but three in number, two in North Kensington, at Westbourne Grove and Talbot
Road respectively, and one in Brompton Road, by the Oratory, which was opened in the course
of the year. We likewise kept under observation the accommodation provided at the eleven railway
stations in the Royal Borough."
