BYE-LAWS AS TO HOUSES LET IN LODGINGS.
At the end of the year the following 775 houses were registered under these bye-laws. Of
these 439 are in Bloomsbury and St. Giles, and 336 are in the Holborn Sub-district. All have been
inspected from time to time during the year, and the bye-laws enforced.
