No. 1 Contracted the disease from his sister who was removed from Bethnal Green.
Nos. 2, 3 and 5. Contracted the disease from their work places.
No. 4. Contracted the disease from Bethnal Green Infected Area.
No. 6. Contracted the disease from the same street.
Nos. 7, 12, 13. The source of infection has not yet been traced in these cases
No. 8 and those italicised contracted the disease from a fellow worker (unrecognised case).
Nos. 9, 10, 11. Contracted the disease from a previous case in family.
