In addition to the above, the following defects have been met
with, viz.:—
1 Aft cabin deck head defective.
1 Boat leaky at the side.
2 Cabins not in proper repair.
1 Defective stove in cabin.
Notices have been served and the infringements rectified.
4.—No Legal Proceedings have been necessary to secure compliance
with the Acts and Regulations.
5.—Any Infringements not rectified within the time specified on the
Complaint Notes, have always been complied with after a written
communication to the owners.
6.—No Infectious Disease has been notified or met with in the
Canal Boats, therefore isolation has not been necessary.
7.—Cleansing.—In no instance has a Canal Boat been detained
for the purpose of cleansing and disinfection.
