To the Board of Works for the Strand District.
Gentlemen,
During the year ending March 31st last, I have
analysed 262 samples of various foods and drugs submitted
to me under the provisions of the "Sale of Food
and Drugs" Acts.
The following Table (I.) shows the nature and number
of the samples, and the results of their analysis, while
Table IV. to VII. show in detail the nature and extent of
the adulterations detected.
