Your Vestry having decided to adopt the electric light
for lighting the main streets of the Parish, referred the
matter to your Works Committee to carry out. Various
contracts were entered into and the necessary work proceeded
with, but it was not complete on the 25th March.
SEWERS.
The cost of the general repairs to sewers and gullies, and
cleansing sewers by men in the employ of your Vestry, was
as follows:—
