Compared with last year, the figures for 1899
show an increase of 643 in the number of
inspections made, and also increases of 407 and
329 in the number of "Notices served" and
"improvements effected" respectively.
The progress of the house-to-house inspection
will be seen by reference to Map in Appendix.
