REPORT OF THE PUBLIC ANALYST
FOR 1899.
Herewith I present my Report, as Public
Analyst for the City of London, for the year
ending 31st December, 1899, divided into four
quarterly statements, as prescribed by the Food
and Drugs Acts.
One hundred and seventy-one analyses
were made in 1899, exclusive of examinations of
the Water supply to the City, and the purity of
the chemicals used in the manufacture of disinfectants,
&c., tabulated as follows:—
