V.-FOOD.
FOOD PREMISES.
The licensed slaughter-houses, cowsheds, and dairies were regularly inspected.
The bakehouses were also inspected and the usual cleansing enforced. Fishfrying
shops were inspected from time to time. The markets and market
streets were under daily observation.
UNFIT FOOD.
