Public Urinals,
The urinals in Dunns Passage and Shorts Gardens,
which were fitted with troughs and had been complained
of for some time past in consequence of the improper use to
which they were put, were reconstructed, the troughs being
removed and replaced with lipped basins, fitted with constant
water supply.
The urinals at present in the District number 14, and contain
51 compartments; 12 have water laid on to them, the
others are without water supplv-
