Overcrowding of Houses. Sect. 2. (e)
22 Orders were served upon owners to reduce the number
of persons in houses, or parts of houses, which were found to
be so overcrowded as to be injurious or dangerous to the
health of the inmates.
Factories, Workshops, and Workplaces. Sect. 2 (g)
and Sect. 38.
A number of Factories, &c., which are not Factories subject
to the provisions of the Factory and Workshop Act,
1878, were duly visited and inspected, and where found
necessary orders were made relating to their cleanliness,
ventilation, overcrowding, sanitary arrangements, and the
number of persons employed in or in attendance at such
buildings.

Licensing Cow-house. Sect. 20.

The London County Council, in pursuance of the powers devolving upon them under the above Section on the 23rd October last, renewed the licence for the undermentioned cow-shed.
