CAUSES OF DEATH AMONG INFANTS,
In view of the rise in the death-rate among
infants under one year of age, Table 27 has been
prepared showing the annual average of deaths from
certain selected causes in the whole Parish during
the past decennium. In the last column the
averages have been multiplied by 1.022, the ratio of
the births in 1895 to the average annual number of
births during 1885-94.
