"Afliftants of the Miftery of Fifhmongers of the
" City of London aforefaid, and their Succeflors,
" which for the Time fhall be from Time to Time
" hereafter for ever, fhall have, make and ufe, within
" the City of London, and within the Liberties
"and Suburbs of the fame, and within our Borough
"of Southwark aforefaid, at all Convenient Times,
" the full and entire Survey, Search, Government and
" Correction, of all and fingular Perfons, Denizens
"and Strangers, and of all others whatfoever of
"whatfoever Art or Miftery they (hall be, felling or
"having, poflefling or keeping, to fell, any falted
"Fifh, falted Herrings, frefti Fifti of the Sea, Sal"
mons, Stock Fifh, or any other Fifties whatfoever,
" within the fame City of London, Liberties or
"Suburbs of the fame City, or within the fame
" Borough of Southwark, and the Liberties and
" Precindts of the fame Borough : And that it
" (hall be lawful to the Wardens of the fame Miftery,
" for the Time being, and to every of them from
"Time to Time, and at all Times convenient,
" whenfoever it fhall feem good unto them, or any
"of them, to enter into any Houfe, Shop, Ship,
"Cellar, Wharfe, and other Place and Places what"
foever, within the City and Borough aforefaid, or
"either of them, or within the Suburbs, Liberties
"or Precin&s of the fame City or Borough, or
"either of them, where any fuch falted Fifh, salted
"Herrings, frefti Fifh of the Sea, Salmons, Stock
"Fifh, or other Fifh whatfoever fhall be laid
"or houfed, whether the fame be in Cafk or
" without Cafk, and to view, fearch, and furvey
"wither (sic) the fame be wholefome for Man's
" Body, and fit to be fold or no: And the fame
"Fifh, either frefti or fait Herrings, Salmons, Stock
