the amount paid for repairs, flushers' boots, slops, &c.,
£43 19s. Od. The wages of the flushers were
£179 8s. Od. Total £281 15s. 8d.
PAVEMENTS.
Carriageways-Granite.—The carriageway paving
of Crawford Passage was taken up, dressed, and relaid,
and the deficiency made good with dressed
granite cubes on concrete.
The following Macadam street was paved with
Aberdeen granite cubes on concrete:—
Weston Street, from Kings Cross Road, to
Messrs. Whitbread's first gateway.
Carriageway-Wood. —The carriageway of the
following street was paved with Jarrah woodpaving
