INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION OF FOOD.
A. Milk Supply.
There are within the district fifty-one cowsheds.
Periodical inspection of cows and sheds takes place and
it is gratifying to report that both are of a satisfactorily
high standard.

The supply of milk has been sufficient and the
arrangements for distribution have been adequate
throughout the year.
There are four retailers of Grade "A" Milk in the
district and two retailers of Grade "A" (T.T.) Milk.
Two producers are licensed to produce Grade "A" Milk.
Samples of milk taken by the Sanitary Inspectors
are forwarded to the County Laboratories for pathological
and bacterial examination.
