Dilapidated Areas.
A thorough inspection was made of the East Ward. For convenience
these were classified as follows :—
Frankham Area.—Consisting of Church Street, Hales Street,
Stanhope Street, Frankham Street, Giffen Street and Bevil Street,
involving 229 deficient houses.
