SURVEYOR'S ANNUAL REPORT,
1891-1892.
Gentlemen,
I have the honour to submit my Annual Report upon the
works and services executed by the department under my control,
together with other matters relating to general business.

The quantities of materials used in maintaining and keeping in
repair the carriageways, and also in sanding the wood paving
during frosty weather, is as follows:—
Guernsey Granite, 814 cubic yds. Hogging 213 cubic yds.
Flints 267 ,, Ballast 983,,
Wood Paving. —The amount expended during the year upon new work is £5,920 10s. 3d. The following statement shows the cost of maintenance:—
