We, the undersigned, being the Auditors elected under the Metropolis Local Management Act ???8 & 19 vic., cap. 120), hereby certify that we have examined and audited the General, School
Board, Consolidated, Sewers, Montpelier Square, and Library Rate Accounts of the United Vestry, the period between the 25th March, 1889, and 25th March, 1890, and having found the several
accounts correct in every particular hereby certify the same in token of our allowance thereof.
We have also checked in connection with the foregoing the accounts of the several collectors, submitted to us. in respect of the rates above-mentioned, and have found such accounts to have
been accurately kept.
