Births.
The total number of births occurring in the Borough was
3,599, including 433 non-residents who were horn in Institutions.
1,522 births of Borough residents occurred outside the Borough,
so that the corrected number of births was 4,688 compared with
4,632 in 1929.
In Table II is shown the number of births, males and
females, the birth rate, and the rate of natural increase, for
each sub-district, and for the whole Borough.
