This figure is represented in 3 deaths; and as a result of post-mortem
examination these were all found to be suffering from tuberculosis.
There is no evidence of wilful neglect on the part of the private practitioner to
notify, neither is there evidence of excessive incidence of or mortality from tuberculosis,
in any particular occupation in the Borough.
