LAW STREET, LANSDOWNE PLACE and WESTCOTT STREET.
In my Annual Report for 1932 I reported that these properties
were represented by Dr. Millson in 1909 as unfit for human habitation
and, further, that the London County Council were contemplating
reconditioning them.
I protested against this policy, and now have to report that nine
houses in Westcott Street have been demolished and three others are
being used for storage only.
