of the premises, the closets (four in number) are used in combination with
No. 4, Empress street. The closets are in a dirty and dilapidated
condition, the rooms of the house are in a dirty and dilapidated condition,
the walls and ceilings of the rooms are dirty and broken, the back rooms
are ill-lighted, the staircase, walls and ceilings, are dirty and broken, the
doors, door frames and window frames are broken, the yard is dirty, the
house roof is defective.
