The Contractor supplied 900 superficial feet of Victoria patent
stone for use in repairing the footways, at a cost of £26 5s. 0d.
and 7,600 superficial feet of new 2½-inch tooled York paving, at a
cost of £250 16s. 0d. for the same purpose.
The following quantity of old stone in addition was redressed
by piece-work in the yard at the cost stated—
50¼ yards granite cubes £4 3 9
22 feet run Curb 0 8 3
SEWERS WORK.
The following works, at the cost stated, have been executed by
the Contractor during the past year :—
Rempstone Mews, Mintern Street.—116 feet lineal 12-inch pipe
sewer, 8-feet lineal 6-inoh ditto, together with extra
bends, junctions, &c *£24 15 9
Eagle Wharf Road.—New ventilating shaft, 32 feet lineal
6-inch pipe, 18 feet lineal 4-inch metal pipe, together
with extra bend, labor, &c. *£4 9 7
Underwood Place.—138 feet lineal 9-inch pipe sewer, 30 feet
lineal 6-inch ditto, together with extra bends, junctions,
traps, bricks, &c. £23 16 8
New urinal outlet

Jobbing work, cleansing and otherwise, to sewers done, drain stoppages removed, gully outlets reconstructed, &c., as follows:—
