32, 33 & 34, WILSON STREET, and No. 25 to 39, WHITE
HORSE COURT.—A property which has given a great deal of
trouble from its unsatisfactory condition. Temporary work
was sanctioned by the committee, on the application of the
owner, and on his promise that the whole of the houses would
be demolished, and the site covered with model dwellings.
The site is now being rapidly cleared for that purpose.
Police Court Summonses were taken out against the owners of five
houses in Huntingdon street, one house in Little Essex street,
and one house in Shepherdess walk, to obtain orders for the
abatement of nuisances. The magistrates made the order
applied for on behalf of the Vestry in each case.
I am, Sir,
Your obedient Servant,
H. ALEXANDER,
Sanitary Inspector.
