I desire to report that the Vestry's disinfecting and removal officer
(Mr. Edwards) has given great assistance in these and other duties
connected with the Sanitary Department.
I have also superintended the scavenging and watering of the
roads, and devoted much time to the purchase of articles for analysis,
under the " Adulteration of Food and Drug Act."
